Nice work on the triathlons, etc. I'm currently laying up recovering from knee surgery (I was starting to ramp up -- slowly and carefully, I thought -- to train for trailrunning events when I was attacked by a small but fierce medial meniscus tear.) So I've been unable to train since mid-October, but I'd say that a few of the top highlights of my 2007 were: - finally starting to get back into trail running - taking up disc golf - Mendocino with my girlfriend for my 40th birthday Anyway, it was nice to meet...your blog.
